Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various positions across different functions and levels

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other job portals

- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline

- Conduct preliminary screening interviews to assess candidate fitment

Stakeholder Management

- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define role specifications

- Provide regular updates and recruitment metrics to stakeholders

- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams

Talent Engagement

- Create compelling job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms

- Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring panels

- Facilitate offer discussions and negotiations with selected candidates

Process & Compliance

- Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate MIS reports

- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

- Coordinate background verification and documentation processes

- Continuously improve recruitment processes and turnaround time

Employer Branding

- Promote NMDPL and Adani Realty as an employer of choice

- Leverage LinkedIn and other platforms to enhance company visibility

- Participate in campus recruitment drives and job fairs as required

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualifications

- MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institute

- Strong academic record throughout education

Experience Required

- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition/recruitment

- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment

- Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or construction industry will be an added advantage

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

- Expert proficiency in Naukri.com and LinkedIn Recruiter

- Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and Boolean search

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Professional Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- Good understanding of various functional roles and requirements

- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
