Responsibilities
Ability for RSM facilitation
- Provide strategic consultation to align recruitment with business objectives
Strategic Sourcing
- Conduct targeted resume searches using various platforms and databases
- Implement creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates for niche roles
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and advanced filtering to find qualified candidates
Headhunting and Outreach
- Proactively approach potential candidates through professional networks and social media
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities
Technical Screening
- Evaluate candidates' qualifications against complex job requirements
- Use structured phone screen techniques to gauge candidates’ proficiency against key requirements
Pipeline Development
- Create and maintain talent pools for hard-to-fill and recurring positions
Market Research and Competitive Intelligence
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring practices
- Provide insights to the TA team and hiring managers on talent market conditions
Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, candidate interactions, and pipeline status
- Generate regular reports on sourcing metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress
- Analyze data to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness and efficiency

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Additional certifications in talent acquisition or sourcing (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter)
Industry Knowledge
- Understanding of talent acquisition principles and best practices
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools
- Knowledge of social media platforms and professional networking sites for sourcing
Sourcing Techniques
- Advanced Boolean search methods
- Understanding of various sourcing channels and their effective use
Interview Techniques
- Proficiency in phone screening methods
- Familiarity and understanding of competency based interviewing techniques
Data Analysis
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics
- Ability to interpret and present sourcing and hiring data
Communication Skills:
Strong English communication skills, verbal and written. Knowledge of additional language from the AMEA region is an asset.
