Maintain and update the clubhouse’s financial records, including membership fees, event revenues, and expenses. Process invoices, payments, and receipts related to clubhouse operations. Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash for clubhouse activities. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports specific to clubhouse operations. Assist in budgeting and forecasting for clubhouse maintenance, events, and services. Ensure timely collection of membership dues and track outstanding payments. Support payroll processing for clubhouse staff and contractors. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to manage payments and contracts. Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and assist in filing tax returns for clubhouse operations. Conduct internal audits to verify financial accuracy and transparency. Provide financial insights to clubhouse management to aid in decision-making and cost control. Maintain records of fixed assets such as furniture, equipment, and facilities.
