The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for supporting end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, order tracking, vendor coordination, logistics support, inventory monitoring, and reporting. This role ensures seamless material flow, timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and effective communication between internal teams and external partners. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Procurement & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for quotations, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
Maintain supplier records, contracts, pricing, and performance data.
Follow up on pending orders and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
Support supplier onboarding and documentation compliance.
2. Order & Logistics Management
Track purchase orders from creation to delivery; ensure accurate and timely updates.
Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatch, shipment tracking, GRN, and delivery confirmations.
Assist in planning transportation routes, freight optimization, and cost controls.
Resolve delivery discrepancies, damages, delays, or logistics-related concerns.
3. Inventory Control & Material Planning
Coordinate with warehouse/plant teams on stock levels, reorder points, and replenishment requirements.
Assist in demand forecasting, planning cycles, and material requirement reports.
Monitor slow-moving, excess, and critical inventory items and highlight risks.
4. Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and maintain POs, invoices, delivery challans, GRN records, contracts, and vendor documentation.
Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and statutory compliances.
Support audit requirements by maintaining accurate and updated records.
5. Cross-functional Coordination
Liaise with Finance, Warehouse, Sales, and Production teams for smooth order fulfilment.
Provide updates to internal stakeholders on supply chain status, constraints, and action plans.
Support management in process improvements and automation initiatives.
6. Reporting & MIS
Generate daily/weekly/monthly supply chain reports (PO status, inventory, vendor performance, logistics dashboards).
Analyse data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Assist in preparing presentations and management review reports.
Requirements
Strong understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, logistics, inventory).
Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP/SAP/Tally (as applicable).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle vendor and logistics escalations.
1–4 years of experience in supply chain operations, procurement, or logistics coordination (corporate or manufacturing setup).
Experience with ERP/SAP systems preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
