Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Coordinator based in Bengaluru. The Supply Chain Coordinator will oversee operations management, track inventory, manage communication with vendors and customers, and ensure efficient supply chain processes. The role involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely deliveries, solving logistical challenges, and providing excellent customer service while adhering to company standards and requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams effectively
• Proficient analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Experience in Operations Management and Inventory Management
• Excellent Customer Service skills and a client-focused approach
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Prior experience in supply chain management, inventory management and logistics with similar industries is advantageous
