Supply Chain Coordinator

As a Supply Chain Coordinator at our company located in Hadapsar, Pune, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations within the supply chain. With a CTC ranging from 6 LPA to 7 LPA, the position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, MIS, Primary, and Secondary processes. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze demand forecasts and ad hoc purchase orders to align supply accordingly. - Coordinate effectively with manufacturing plants and distribution warehouses for seamless operations. - Develop inventory plans based on shelf-life considerations and implement LIFO & FIFO strategies as per distribution channels. - Efficiently plan and track primary and secondary shipments to meet delivery timelines. - Maintain control over stock levels across warehouses and manage internal transfers as required. - Monitor and report on inventory health, shelf-life status, and any liquidation needs that may arise. - Prepare forecasting MIS reports and monthly cost reports at the India level. - Track logistics cost components including Primary, Secondary, and Warehousing expenses with a breakdown based on distribution hubs. - Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, and Finance teams to ensure alignment in operations. - Undertake KM Tracking, Route Planning, Order Mapping, and Transport Tracking activities effectively. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (Preferred). - Minimum 2 years of experience in Transport Management (Preferred). - Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS Preparation (Preferred).
