Job Description

As a Supply Chain Coordinator at Namshi, you will play a critical role in ensuring that fashion-forward products land on time, every time. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing delivery schedules across all brands to hit monthly intake targets - Coordinating with buying teams and suppliers for smooth inbound order flow - Collecting, filing, and managing all shipping documentation - Building strong working relationships with suppliers to ensure timely collections - Managing the end-to-end supply chain process including procurement, warehousing, and supplier coordination - Identifying gaps in delivery timelines and process efficiency and putting in place KPIs to keep all stakeholders in check - Ensuring that both internal teams and external vendors meet timelines with accurate, well-maintained data We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - Experience in supply chain, logistics, or merchandise coordination - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple moving parts and timelines effectively - Proactive communicator and relationship builder - Ability to work cross-functionally with buying, warehousing, and vendor teams If you are ready to keep pace with the fast-moving fashion industry and make an impact, apply now to join Namshi and help move fashion forward together.,
