As a Supply Chain Coordinator at this fast-growing healthcare and pharmaceutical organization focused on nutraceuticals and B2C engagement with patients, your role will involve owning end-to-end supply chain operations for the nutraceutical and pharma portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end planning activities such as demand forecasting, supply planning, and replenishment for all SKUs and channels. - Overseeing procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods from approved vendors and contract manufacturers. - Implementing and monitoring inventory norms to ensure optimal stock levels, reduce expiries, and avoid stock-outs. - Managing warehousing, storage, and distribution operations in compliance with pharma and nutraceutical quality and regulatory standards. - Coordinating with various departments like production, QA/QC, sales, marketing, and finance to align supply plans with business requirements and product launches. - Tracking key supply chain KPIs and driving continuous process improvement. - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and logistics partners. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field; an MBA in Operations/Supply Chain is advantageous. - 5-8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, preferably in pharma, nutraceuticals, FMCG, or healthcare. - Strong knowledge of demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and distribution processes. - Hands-on experience with ERP or inventory management systems and strong Excel or data analysis skills. - Understanding of pharma/nutraceutical regulatory and quality requirements. - Proficiency in English for efficient communication and coordination. Preferred qualifications: - Prior experience in a nutraceutical or pharma B2C environment with multiple SKUs and channels. - Experience in setting up or scaling supply chain processes for a growing brand or startup.
