Job Description

As a Quotation and Bidding Executive, your role will be crucial in preparing and managing quotations, bids, and proposals for potential projects or contracts. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication will be essential in ensuring accurate and competitive bids that meet the needs of our clients. You will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, requirements, and scope to determine the necessary materials, resources, and costs involved. It will be your duty to prepare accurate and competitive quotations, bids, and proposals in response to customer inquiries or tender invitations. Effective coordination with internal teams, including sales, engineering, procurement, and finance, will be required to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on pricing and terms. Furthermore, conducting research on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry benchmarks will be necessary to inform pricing strategies and improve competitiveness. You will also review and evaluate contractual terms, conditions, and requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Maintaining a database of pricing information, historical data, and bid documentation for reference and analysis will also fall under your responsibilities. Collaboration with sales and business development teams to understand customer needs and tailor proposals to address specific requirements will be crucial. Managing the bid submission process, coordinating with external stakeholders such as suppliers, subcontractors, and partners, and providing support and guidance to other team members involved in the bidding process will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in quotation preparation, bidding processes, or sales support roles will be advantageous. Strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and pricing strategies are desired qualities for this role. The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is also essential.,
