Supply Chain Analyst

Supply Planning Specialist.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Develop and execute effective supply plans to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels.
• Work closely with production, procurement, logistics, and factory teams to ensure seamless coordination and on-time delivery.
• Use SAP to manage and monitor supply chain data, inventory movements, and production schedules.
• Analyze data using advanced Excel tools to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid excess and stockouts, ensuring healthy inventory turnover.
• Drive the S&OP process with cross-functional teams to align supply with demand forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve supply constraints and bottlenecks.
• Generate periodic reports and dashboards to provide visibility into supply chain performance metrics.

Please Note - This is a Hybrid role based out to Mumbai

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

● 3+ years of experience in capacity planning, operations analysis, workforce planning, or related areas.

● Strong analytical and modeling skills with advanced Excel and experience using tools like SQL, Python, R, or similar.

● Experience with planning and forecasting platforms (e.g., Anaplan, SAP IBP, Oracle).
