We are seeking a talented and driven Kinaxis Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions. You will work closely & directly with the client & cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will contribute to our company's growth. In this role, you will play a key role in: - Performing detailed discovery sessions with business users to understand and document Rapid Response configuration requirements, including the customer's supply chain network, operating model, system landscape, planning processes, as well as objectives and targets for Kinaxis implementation. - Selecting standard functionalities in Rapid Response and designing data model changes, solution configuration, and customizations. - Leading solution blueprinting and detailed design activities. - Assigning configuration tasks to project members according to their skills, reviewing deliverables, and tracking completion. - Applying advanced mathematical models to address customer requirements. - Supporting data management and data integration activities, including source systems data transformation, data loading into Rapid Response, data cleanup, and validation. - Supporting services sales opportunities working with the Account Executives and Client Partners. Certified as a Kinaxis Solution Architect or has completed all requirements for Kinaxis Solution Architect certification. Thorough understanding of supply chain planning concepts, processes (demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, S&OP, etc.), KPIs, and best practices in supply chain planning. Strong analytical skills, data mining knowledge, and proficiency in handling and processing large volumes of data. Ability to identify key insights and critical thinking to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or the biggest risks. Ability to communicate mathematical, technical, or software usage concepts to audiences with limited background/knowledge on the subject.
