What You’ll Do?
- Maintain the monthly sales opportunity pipeline and ensure CRM hygiene through timely updates, field completeness checks, and consistent record standards.
- Perform data cleanup, deduplication, and validation against SOPs; identify and correct discrepancies to improve accuracy and reliability of downstream analytics.
- Build recurring MIS: weekly/monthly pipeline reports and dashboards covering new adds, stage progression, conversion, slippage, and win/loss trends with clear executive-ready visualizations.
- Conduct lost reason analysis to quantify churn patterns, segment outcomes, and recommend process fixes or enablement actions for sales leadership.
- Set up process from scratch for CRM pipeline governance: define data standards, entry conventions, audit cadence, and reporting SLAs, in collaboration with sales and operations.
- Monitor SOP adherence and raise red flags on deviations, aging opportunities, stale stages, and incomplete critical fields to prevent pipeline inflation.
- Schedule and run periodic reviews with leadership; present insights, track actions, and document decisions to close gaps in data quality and pipeline progression.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to refine KPIs, improve data capture at source, and implement iterative process improvements in the CRM.
- Support sales forecasting with trend analysis, scenario views, and variance commentary as inputs to planning cycles.
Who are you?
- Advanced Excel for analytics and reporting (PivotTables, lookups, filters, charting) with a strong bias to automation and standardized templates.
- Analytical thinking and data synthesis: ability to distill large datasets into clear findings, insights, and recommendations for decision‑makers.
- Methodical and process‑oriented: disciplined documentation, version control, and adherence to SOPs for repeatable, auditable outputs.
- Execution focus: ownership of deadlines, accuracy, and delivery cadence for recurring MIS and stakeholder presentations.
- Clear written and verbal communication for stakeholder updates, leadership briefings, and cross‑functional coordination.
