Job Description (12 ATS-Optimized Pointers)

  • Build, manage, and scale a high-value partner ecosystem including technology companies, digital agencies, consulting firms, and service providers for VortexWeb.ae.
  • Identify, onboard, and activate strategic partners across India, GCC (Dubai, Qatar, Saudi Arabia), and the UK to drive consistent business opportunities.
  • Develop partnerships with VoIP providers, CRM vendors, IT service firms, automation platforms, digital marketing agencies, and business setup consultants.
  • Act as the single point of contact for partner accounts, ensuring strong relationship management, engagement, and long-term collaboration.
  • Conduct partner performance reviews, pipeline discussions, and business planning sessions to maximize partner productivity and ROI.
  • Enable partner teams through sales training, solution positioning, opportunity qualification, and go-to-market guidance.
  • Create and manage partner enablement assets such as pitch decks, onboarding guides, playbooks, and collaboration frameworks.
  • Design and negotiate commercial models including referral partnerships, revenue-sharing agreements, and strategic alliance structures.
  • Manage and track a partner-driven sales pipeline, ensuring predictable lead flow and revenue contribution.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, delivery, and marketing teams for smooth opportunity closure and client onboarding.
  • Track and report KPIs, partner performance metrics, deal conversion ratios, and revenue outcomes on a regular basis.
  • Represent VortexWeb.ae at partner events, industry forums, marketplaces, and digital communities to enhance brand visibility and market expansion.
