Role Overview

We are looking for a Strategic Partner Manager to build and expand a high-value partner ecosystem for VortexWeb. In this role, you will identify, onboard, and nurture partnerships with technology companies, digital agencies, consulting firms, and service providers.

You will be the key link between VortexWeb and its global partner network—enabling partners, guiding them on solutions, and ensuring they are positioned to generate consistent, high-quality business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Acquisition & Ecosystem Development

  • Identify and recruit high-potential partners across India, the GCC, and the UK.
  • Map and target relevant categories such as VoIP providers, digital agencies, business setup consultants, IT service firms, and automation specialists.
  • Evaluate, onboard, and activate partners aligned with our strategic goals.

2. Relationship & Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all partner accounts.
  • Maintain strong long-term relationships and ensure active engagement.
  • Conduct periodic partner reviews, performance discussions, and business planning sessions.

3. Partner Enablement & Training

  • Train partner sales and consulting teams to identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Develop partner assets including presentations, guides, and enablement materials.
  • Represent VortexWeb’s offerings with clarity and authority during partner interactions.

4. Commercial Structuring & Negotiation

  • Develop partnership models, including referral programs, revenue-share structures, and collaboration frameworks.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and ensure proper documentation of commitments.

5. Pipeline & Revenue Management

  • Manage a predictable and high-quality partner-driven lead pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, delivery, marketing) to ensure smooth opportunity handling.
  • Track KPIs, partner contributions, and revenue outcomes.

6. Market Expansion & Brand Visibility

  • Support listings and collaborations on global technology marketplaces.
  • Represent VortexWeb at partner events, industry forums, and digital communities as needed.

Desired Candidate ProfileExperience

  • 2–5 years in Partnerships, Channel Development, Strategic Alliances, or B2B SaaS/IT sales.
  • Experience handling GCC or UK markets is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competence

  • Understanding of digital solutions: CRM systems, API integrations, automation platforms, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage confidently with Founders, CEOs, Directors, and senior decision-makers.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage partner cycles.
