Your Role

To design, lead, and scale Confiance’s Strategic Partnership & Alliances ecosystem — identifying, structuring, and managing collaborations that multiply our revenue channels and unlock enterprise client access.

What You’ll Do

  • Negotiate win–win partnership models — from revenue-share and white-label to referral and integration partnerships.
  • Create a Partner-Led Go-To-Market Strategy with clear value propositions, joint marketing plans, and lead pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to align partnership value to client success.
  • Identify and pitch strategic alliances globally (US / UK / Middle East / Australia) to drive enterprise leads.
  • Represent Confiance at industry events, partner summits, and business forums to strengthen our visibility.
  • Build a repeatable, scalable partnership framework — processes, tools, and metrics to measure ROI.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Alliances, Business Development, or Ecosystem Growth.
  • Proven success building partnerships in Outsourcing, SaaS, Consulting, or Technology Services.
  • Exceptional ability to create synergy between organizations, not just transactions.
  • Deep understanding of B2B enterprise sales, lead generation, and GTM strategy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level relationship management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial thinker who thrives in a high-growth, agile environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
