Strategic Partnerships Manager

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager at Dexler Energy, you will be responsible for onboarding and growing the network of installer partners and EPCs. Your mission involves understanding their project needs and aggregating demand effectively. Your role will include the following key responsibilities: - Identify and onboard small and mid-sized solar installer and EPC companies into our solar procurement program. - Build strong, trust-based relationships with partners to comprehend project timelines and module needs. - Aggregate partner demand into structured procurement cycles (monthly or fortnightly). - Coordinate closely with our sourcing and logistics teams to ensure timely quotations, dispatches, and deliveries. - Track and report key partner success metrics such as MWs onboarded, repeat orders, and satisfaction scores. - Actively gather partner feedback to refine our offerings and strengthen platform adoption. To be a good fit for this role, you should have: - 3-6 years of experience in the solar industry, specifically in B2B sales, EPC partner management, or module/inverter sales. - Strong familiarity with solar project lifecycles, procurement challenges, and decision-making in small EPC firms. - An existing network of EPC contacts is a strong plus. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and deliver consistent follow-ups. - Fluency in English and Hindi; Kannada or Tamil language skills are a bonus. - Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
