The Facility Operations Supervisor at Green Future Collective will lead a team of waste associates in recycling dry waste. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) Monitor the day-to-day processes and activities at the waste management facility. Create and maintain various registers - attendance, stock, sales, purchase etc. Create digital copies of data on the facility computer. Monitor recycling work, ensure productivity. Assist Regional Program Co-ordinator in conducting local events/ activities as and when required Any other documentation/ activity as may be deemed necessary by GFC in attaining the goals of building zero-waste ecosystems. Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 11 months Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Experience: total work: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 29/09/2024 Expected Start Date: 30/06/2025
