Facility Operations Supervisor

As a Facility Operations Supervisor at Green Future Collective, you will be responsible for leading a team of waste associates in recycling dry waste. Your main responsibilities will include: - Monitoring the day-to-day processes and activities at the waste management facility. - Creating and maintaining various registers such as attendance, stock, sales, and purchase. - Creating digital copies of data on the facility computer. - Monitoring recycling work to ensure productivity. - Assisting the Regional Program Co-ordinator in conducting local events/activities as and when required. - Undertaking any other documentation/activity deemed necessary by GFC to achieve the goals of building zero-waste ecosystems. To qualify for this role, you should have a total of 1 year of work experience. The work location is in person, and the contract length for this position is 11 months.
