Strategic Partnerships Manager

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager at Dexler Energy, your role involves working towards building a strategic sourcing platform to serve not only the company's projects but also to empower small and mid-sized installers, EPC firms, and consumers across India who are seeking to source materials independently. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard small and mid-sized solar installer and EPC companies into the solar procurement program. - Establish strong, trust-based relationships with partners to understand their project timelines and module requirements. - Aggregate partner demand into structured procurement cycles on a monthly or fortnightly basis. - Collaborate closely with the sourcing and logistics teams to ensure timely quotations, dispatches, and deliveries. - Monitor and report key partner success metrics such as MWs onboarded, repeat orders, and satisfaction scores. - Solicit partner feedback actively to enhance offerings and boost platform adoption. Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of experience in the solar industry, particularly in B2B sales, EPC partner management, or module/inverter sales. - Profound understanding of solar project lifecycles, procurement challenges, and decision-making processes in small EPC firms. - Possession of an existing network of EPC contacts is advantageous. - Capability to work autonomously, handle multiple accounts, and provide consistent follow-ups. - Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Kannada or Tamil is a plus. - Based in Bangalore or open to relocation.
