Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and Strategic Partnership Manager to represent brand and lead relationships with key strategic partners globally to drive key revenue goals for the company. You will manage our partnerships (including integration partners), from development to launch and ongoing partner management to drive growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the IT industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets. This role requires excellent leadership, strategic planning, strategic partnerships and business development skills. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Partnership * Identifying the potential partners, building and maintaining relationships * Negotiating mutual beneficial agreements, overseeing collaborations and ensuring successful execution of partnership projects. o Strategize the Go to Market with Partners * Discussing and negotiating business decisions • Leadership and Strategy : * Developing joint marketing strategies and identifying opportunities to leverage each partner’s strengths. * Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. * Provide leadership and direction to the management team and staff. * Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Business Development: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. * Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. * Responsible for competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities. • Budget Management: * Oversee the annual performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and collection reporting. * Ensure the company meets its revenue and profitability targets. * Monitor key financial metrics and implement corrective actions as needed. • Account Management: * Collaborate with the partners and implementation team to ensure the delivery of high-quality SaaS products that meet customer needs. * Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement. • Operations Management: * Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. * Implement processes and systems to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction. * Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. • Team Development: * Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. * Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to support their professional growth. * Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Requirements: • Experience required 12+ years. • Proven experience as a Strategic Partnership or in a similar senior leadership role in the IT SaaS industry. • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, product development, and go-to-market strategies. • Excellent leadership and people management skills. • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Demonstrated ability to achieve business growth and revenue targets. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
