About the Role We are seeking a Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team and drive strategic growth across performance marketing, media, and product verticals. The role is positioned at the intersection of media, innovation, and automation. You will play a key role in launching new verticals, contributing to category development, and using AI tools to streamline operations. This is a high-impact position with direct collaboration across Paid Media, Creative, and Strategy teams. This is a full-time on-site hybrid position at our office in Pune, India. You’ll be required to work some of your time in the US Pacific time zone. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to fuel growth across multiple channels. Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and enhance marketing performance. Collaborate closely with Paid Media Managers and the Media Team to align partner campaigns with broader acquisition goals. Launch and test new verticals and categories, bringing innovative partnership ideas to market. Contribute to creative and social media initiatives that complement performance marketing strategies. Analyze performance data to make data-driven decisions and continuously optimize results. Act as a strategic connector between teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
