Job Description

Role Overview: As an Account Manager for Strategic Accounts at Perfios, your main responsibilities revolve around Account Management, sales strategy development, Adoption & Account ecosystem, customer relationship management, Problem management, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Account Development: - Manage One Large Account for Perfios by demonstrating strong business development skills, pipeline build & management, Relationship building & development, Escalation Management, Internal collaboration & Stakeholder management. - Sales Strategy Development: - Develop a comprehensive sales strategy aligning with the company's goals for a large account, including building a strong account plan, defining sales pipeline build plan, achieving sales targets, and developing competitive pricing propositions. - Adoption & Building a strong account ecosystem: - Build a robust account system through collaboration with Sales, Solutioning, Customer Success, and Product professionals to achieve sales targets, enhance Perfios Tech adoption, and drive revenue growth. - Customer Relationship Management: - Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, customer support, and proactive engagement. Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and proficiently present Perfios pitch & value proposition to stakeholders. - Revenue Growth: - Focus on revenue growth by increasing sales volume, Month on Month revenue growth, launching new engagements, improving pricing strategies, and identifying new sales opportunities. Utilize sales metrics to measure and track performance. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business (Masters degree will be a plus). - Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Key account management & sales, specifically in Public Sector Banks in India. Understanding of Digital Lending Solutions and journeys is beneficial. - Good understanding of technology. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. - Strong analytical skills and experience with customer success tools and metrics. - Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction.,
