Store Manager
with

Key Responsibilities
Store Operations Management
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff coordination, and overall operational efficiency.
- Ensure all products are properly displayed, labelled, and maintained according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate with supply and logistics teams for smooth product deliveries and stock transfers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment in compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
Customer Service Excellence
- Ensure a high standard of customer service by guiding the team to deliver personalized, fast, and effective customer interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally while ensuring prompt resolution.
- Implement customer engagement strategies to enhance store experience and drive repeat business.
Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Supervise, motivate, and mentor store associates to meet individual and team performance goals.
- Conduct daily huddles, assign tasks, and ensure staff discipline, attendance, and grooming standards are maintained.
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members to align them with store procedures and service expectations.
- Monitor team productivity and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance support.
Sales & Performance Management
- Achieve store sales targets by driving product awareness, promoting upselling/cross-selling initiatives, and monitoring conversions.
- Track and analyze key sales metrics such as footfall, average transaction value (ATV), and customer satisfaction scores.
- Suggest and implement strategies to enhance store profitability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
Inventory & Compliance
- Perform regular stock audits, identify stock discrepancies, and take corrective actions in coordination with the inventory team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational SOPs at all times.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory, staff attendance, and cash management.
Cash & Financial Administration
- Oversee billing operations, cash handling, and end-of-day financial reconciliation.
- Ensure accuracy in transactions and adherence to cash management protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years in retail management or store operations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
- Basic understanding of inventory systems, POS operations, and store performance metrics.
- Ability to multitask, remain organized, and work in a high-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
