Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Stewards to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Manage table settings, serve food and beverages, and handle cash transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other staff members to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
Handle complaints professionally and courteously.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Steward or in a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of wine and beverage services is an advantage.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
