Our vision is to shape a multi-category, format-defining food service organization that leads India’s next wave of culinary innovation with operational excellence at its core Role Overview– Shift Supervisor: The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily outlet operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow, high-quality customer service, compliance with operational standards, and effective team coordination. This role acts as the bridge between the staff and outlet management, supporting both business performance and employee development. Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence · Supervise and manage day-to-day restaurant operations during assigned shifts. · Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hygiene, and safety standards. · Monitor food quality, service speed, and presentation to deliver consistent customer experience. · Handle cash management, billing, and end-of-shift reconciliations. Team Leadership · Assign duties and monitor staff performance during shifts. · Guide, train, and motivate crew members to achieve operational goals. · Resolve employee concerns or escalate to the Restaurant Manager as required. · Support onboarding and training of new staff. Customer Service · Ensure excellent customer service by handling queries, complaints, and feedback effectively. · Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and service recovery when needed. Compliance & Safety · Enforce company policies, health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. · Ensure staff follow proper grooming and discipline guidelines. · Conduct daily checks on equipment and report maintenance issues. Reporting & Documentation · Maintain accurate records of sales, wastage, and inventory during the shift. · Prepare shift-end reports and communicate key updates to management. Qualifications & Skills · Graduate/12th pass with relevant QSR or hospitality experience. · 2–4 years of experience in food & beverage/QSR industry with at least 1+ year in a supervisory role. · Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. · Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability. · Basic knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and reporting. · Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
