Job Summary: The Store Keeper is responsible for managing and maintaining the restaurant’s stock and inventory, ensuring proper storage, timely replenishment, and accurate documentation of materials. The role ensures smooth daily operations by coordinating with vendors, kitchen, and management to maintain optimal stock levels and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and store all incoming materials, food, and beverages as per company standards. Ensure all goods received are as per purchase orders and invoices. Maintain accurate stock records, including daily consumption and wastage reports. Monitor stock levels and generate requisitions for replenishment when necessary. Issue materials and ingredients to kitchen and service teams as per approved requisitions. Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile with system data. Ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out) method for all perishable and non-perishable items. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store area following hygiene and safety standards. Coordinate with the procurement team for timely deliveries and stock updates. Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately to the management. Assist in monthly stock audits and inventory verification. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th pass or Diploma in Store Management / Supply Chain preferred. Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Store Keeper or Store Assistant in QSR, F&B, or hospitality industry. Skills: Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock management. Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, POS or inventory software). Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
