FOH Team Member (Part-Time)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic FOH Team Members to join our team on a part-time basis. As a fresher, you will be trained in guest service, order taking, counter operations, and maintaining overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selection.
• Take orders accurately through POS and ensure quick service.
• Serve food and beverages as per brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, and service stations.
• Assist in packaging orders for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery.
• Handle customer queries with a positive attitude.
• Follow company hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
• Support the team during rush hours and peak operations.

Skills & Qualities Required

• Good communication and a friendly personality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with strong customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of English/Hindi preferred.

Eligibility

• Freshers welcome; no prior experience required.
• Must be 18 years or above.
• Flexible to work in part-time shifts (evening/weekends preferred).
