Service Crew Member- QSR Brand

Job Summary:

The Service Crew Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by preparing food, serving guests, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations. This role requires energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to providing guests with a quick, friendly, and high-quality dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and recipes.
• Ensure all orders are served promptly and correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the dining area, service counters, and kitchen.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) system for billing and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols as per FSSAI and brand guidelines.
• Assist in daily opening and closing procedures of the outlet.
• Stock and replenish food, condiments, and packaging supplies as needed.
• Support team members in kitchen, counter, and dining areas as required.
• Handle guest queries and feedback with a positive attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10th / 12th pass or equivalent. Diploma in Hotel Management or F&B preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years in a QSR, café, or restaurant environment. Freshers are welcome.
• Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a customer-first attitude.
• Basic computer/POS operation knowledge preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
