Job Description

Job Summary:

The Field Trainer will be responsible for conducting on-the-job training across multiple QSR outlets to ensure consistent operational standards, product quality, and customer service excellence. The role focuses on developing and improving team member skills, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, and supporting new restaurant openings and staff onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-the-floor training sessions for new and existing employees (Front of House & Back of House).
  • Implement company training programs and ensure all team members are well-versed with SOPs, brand standards, and hygiene protocols.
  • Support new store openings by training newly recruited teams on operational, service, and product standards.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate with HR and Operations to plan refresher training sessions.
  • Ensure consistency in food preparation, service standards, and guest experience across outlets.
  • Maintain training records and provide regular reports on training progress, assessments, and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with Operations, HR, and QA teams to ensure compliance with company policies and FSSAI standards.
  • Promote a culture of learning, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
  • Hands-on experience in restaurant operations (kitchen & service).
  • Ability to train and develop team members across various levels.
  • Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and QSR industry standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in QSR operations, including at least 1–2 years in a training or supervisory role.
  • Experience with leading QSR brands (e.g., McDonald’s, KFC, Domino’s, Burger King, etc.) is an added advantage.

Work Conditions:

  • Field-based role requiring frequent travel between outlets.
  • Flexible to work on weekends and during restaurant operational hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
