Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Stewards to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Manage table settings, serve food and beverages, and handle cash transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
Handle complaints professionally and courteously.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of hotel operations and point-of-sale systems.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
