Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Steward in STORI by ITC Hotels. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to high standards of hospitality.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve seamless service delivery.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of quality and service.
Basic knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
