Job Summary: Gokulam Grand Hotel, Trivandrum, a premier five-star business hotel, is seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of hands-on plumbing experience, preferably in a hospitality or commercial setting, and will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of the hotel's water supply, drainage, and related plumbing systems, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency at all times. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and associated fixtures (faucets, valves, toilets, water heaters, etc.) Inspect and troubleshoot plumbing systems to identify issues and recommend effective solutions Respond promptly to guest room maintenance requests and resolve plumbing-related complaints Perform scheduled preventive maintenance as per hotel standards and maintain accurate records Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with hotel safety standards and local regulations Assist in the general upkeep of hotel facilities, working with other maintenance staff as needed Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of tools, equipment, and work areas Monitor water pressure, drainage, and water usage levels to identify anomalies Support hotel operations by being available for emergency repairs and off-hour calls, if required Qualifications & Skills: ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or equivalent technical qualification Minimum 1 year of plumbing experience (up to 4 years) in hotels, hospitals, or commercial buildings preferred Good knowledge of piping systems, pumps, valves, water heaters, and drainage solutions Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong problem-solving and time management skills Professional, courteous demeanor and a service-oriented approach Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹228,000.00 per year Benefits: Food provided Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 12/07/2025
