Job Summary:

The IT Associate will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, managing hotel systems, and ensuring all IT operations run smoothly and securely. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and maintaining IT infrastructure in a hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for all IT-related issues faced by hotel staff and guests.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot hotel management systems (PMS, POS, back-office systems).
  • Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi infrastructure, and network security.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware (computers, printers, servers) and software applications.
  • Ensure uptime and smooth functioning of hotel communication systems (IP telephony, internet access, CCTV, etc.).
  • Maintain regular backups and ensure data protection protocols are followed.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for IT equipment, software, and support services.
  • Monitor IT inventory and assist in procurement and AMC management.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and support tasks.
  • Support IT-related training and awareness for staff.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel IT policies and data security guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • .6–1 years of relevant experience in IT support, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software (such as IDS, Opera, or similar PMS/POS systems).
  • Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
