  across states.
• 🤝 Collaborate with

  product, risk, technology & operations

  to implement credit strategies & design scalable merchant credit products.
• 📊 Monitor KPIs such as

  portfolio growth, delinquency rates & customer retention

• ⚡ Drive

  process efficiency & automation

  in merchant credit operations.
• 👥 Build & manage a

  high-performing sales & operations team

  across multiple cities.
• 🌐 Develop

  relationships with key partners, channels & merchant associations

  across the South.

🎓 Requirements

• 📌

  7–10 years

  of experience in

  merchant credit, lending, or MSME/BFSI

  business with leadership/regional exposure.
• 📌 Deep understanding of

  credit assessment, underwriting & merchant ecosystems

  .
• 📌 Proven track record of achieving aggressive

  business & portfolio targets

  at a multi-state level.
• 📌

  Strong leadership, stakeholder management & communication skills

  .
• 📌 Proficiency in

  data analysis, MS Excel & digital credit platforms

  .
• 📌 Willingness to

  travel extensively

  across southern states.
