The State Head will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the state office. Daily tasks include developing and implementing strategies for growth, managing a team of professionals, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and collaborating with other departments and external stakeholders. Additionally, the State Head will be responsible for budgeting, reporting, and ensuring achievement of targets and objectives. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills Strategic planning and implementation experience Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in budget management and financial reporting Ability to work effectively with external stakeholders and partners Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
