Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• Industry Knowledge:
• Understanding of the solar energy sector, including solar PV systems, installation processes, government policies, and renewable energy trends.
• Familiar with state and central policies related to solar energy (especially in Karnataka or relevant region).
• Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the solar or renewable energy industry.
• Proven track record in handling state-level operations, project execution, or sales and business development in the solar domain.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent interdepartmental communication – able to coordinate effectively with teams such as engineering, sales, government liaison, and operations.
• Must be fluent in English – both written and spoken – for professional communication and reporting.
• Should have strong presentation and reporting skills.
• Languages Required:
• English – Fluent
• Hindi – Fluent
• Kannada – Working proficiency or native-level fluency preferred (to coordinate with local teams, vendors, and government officials).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
