Job Description

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of the solar energy sector, including solar PV systems, installation processes, government policies, and renewable energy trends.
Familiar with state and central policies related to solar energy (especially in Karnataka or relevant region).
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the solar or renewable energy industry.
Proven track record in handling state-level operations, project execution, or sales and business development in the solar domain.
Communication Skills:
Excellent interdepartmental communication – able to coordinate effectively with teams such as engineering, sales, government liaison, and operations.
Must be fluent in English – both written and spoken – for professional communication and reporting.
Should have strong presentation and reporting skills.
Languages Required:
English – Fluent
Hindi – Fluent
Kannada – Working proficiency or native-level fluency preferred (to coordinate with local teams, vendors, and government officials).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
