What You Will Do

1. Build the Agentic Future

• Design and build sophisticated

  Multi-Agent Systems

  using frameworks and custom orchestrators.
• Implement

  Agent-to-Agent (A2A)

  communication protocols and

  Model Context Protocols (MCP)

  that allow our AI to securely access client data (Azure Data Lake, SAP, Oracle) and "think" before it acts.
• User machine learning to build sophisticated model for demand prediction, clustering etc
• Ensure our "Human-in-the-Loop" architecture remains transparent, explainable, and trustworthy for enterprise users.

2. Drive "Code Automation" & The Golden Path

• We believe in engineers who don't need to be managed because the

  system

  manages the quality.
• You will build the

  "Golden Path"

  : the internal tools, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted coding workflows (Cursor/Copilot contexts) that allow your teams to ship safely and autonomously.
• You will review the PRs and set the bar for code quality, ensuring we never ship "spaghetti code" to hit a deadline.

3. Mentor & Elevate

• You will be the technical lead for key agents.
• Your job is to unblock your team. When a Senior Engineer is stuck on a race condition, you sit with them and solve it.
• You will partner with the

  Principal Engineer

  to ensure technical feasibility meets business velocity.

What We Are Looking For

• You are a Builder first:

  You still love writing code. You are uncomfortable if you go a week without committing to the repo.

• System Design Expert:

  You have experience designing distributed systems, event-driven architectures, or high-scale data pipelines.

• AI/LLM Pragmatism:

  You have hands-on experience (or deep curiosity) with LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, or Agentic frameworks. You know the difference between a cool demo and a production-grade agent.

• Force Multiplier:

  You have a track record of making the engineers around you better through code reviews, design docs, and mentorship.

• "Keep It Simple" Mindset:

  You fight against over-engineering. You know that the best code is the code you don't have to write.

Our Tech Stack

• Core:

  Python (Heavy usage for Agents/Data), TypeScript/React (Frontend), Node.js/Go (Services).

• AI/Data:

  Azure OpenAI, LangChain/Semantic Kernel, Vector Databases (Pinecone/Weaviate), Azure Data Lake.

• Infrastructure:

  Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions (Heavy automation).
