Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Kochi for a Customer Success Specialist. The Customer Success Specialist will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional support, and maintaining effective communication. Daily tasks include analyzing customer feedback, assisting with technical issues, improving customer service processes, and fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing success with Intelo's solutions.
