Job Description

We’re seeking a Customer Success Specialist to onboard and support new and prospective customers through email and instant messaging, while also providing on-call assistance and proactive email support throughout the onboarding journey to ensure customers get started smoothly and successfully.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer experiences by promptly and clearly addressing product-related questions.
Support onboarding customers through consistent email follow-ups, live IM guidance, and on-call assistance when required.
Configure the product on behalf of customers based on their business needs and use cases.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration or setup issues across various CMS and technology platforms.
Quickly learn new product features and adapt to evolving customer requirements.
Build strong knowledge of configuration best practices and document workflows, solutions, and learnings for internal and customer use.

Requirements

Minimum one year of experience in the software/tech industry.
SaaS and product-based experience is preferred.
Hands-on experience in configuring software products or technical setups for customers.
Customer-first mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Solid analytical thinking with good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
