Key Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle (initiation to post go-live support) for global Dynamics 365 rollouts across multiple regions.
- Manage project scope, timeline, cost, and quality for modules such as D365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance & Operations, or Project Operations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate with regional teams and partners to align global templates with local business and compliance requirements.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive communication.
- Drive program governance, facilitate steering committees, and ensure transparent status reporting.
- Ensure compliance with change management, data migration, and security requirements.
- Lead vendor engagement, including performance tracking, scope definition, and deliverable reviews.
- Coach and mentor project team members and contribute to delivery methodology enhancements.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification must.
- 10+ years of overall IT/digital project management experience, with at least 5 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
- Successfully delivered 2–3 full-cycle global D365 projects, ideally involving template design, localization, and multi-country rollouts.
- Strong functional understanding of key D365 modules (e.g., CRM/CE, Finance, SCM, or Power Platform).
- Proven ability to manage cross-cultural teams and third-party vendors.
- Proficient in using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
