About the Role We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in the PERN Stack (PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). As a part of our agile development team, you will work on end-to-end web application development, contributing to both frontend and backend components. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and build scalable and efficient software systems. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the PERN Stack. Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js. Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js. Work with PostgreSQL to design and manage efficient database schemas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and software design decisions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Contribute to DevOps efforts, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2.5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development. Strong expertise with the PERN Stack (PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Database Design principles. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Good to Have Experience with Nest.js or other Node.js frameworks. Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) and deployment practices. Understanding of performance tuning and application optimization. Why Join Us?
