What You’ll Do:

• Proactively reach out to dental clinics via calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media, and events to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Present our software in a simple, engaging way and convert leads into happy customers.
• Onboard new clinics and guide them through setup and adoption.
• Stay in touch with existing customers, ensuring they use the software effectively and get their queries resolved quickly.
• Collect feedback, share insights with the product team, and help improve the overall customer experience.
• Meet sales and retention targets while keeping relationships warm and long-term.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A self-starter with a knack for outreach and pipeline generation.
• Tech-friendly and quick to learn software tools.
• Prior experience in sales, account management, or customer success is a plus.
• Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and solving problems.
