Job Description

As a Software Sales Associate at our company, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, promoting our HR Software Product, and closing sales. Your excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of software products, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships will be key to your success. - Lead Generation & Prospecting: You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels such as cold calls, emails, networking, and social media. - Client Consultation: Understanding customer needs, pain points, and business objectives to recommend suitable software solutions will be an essential part of your role. - Product Demonstration: Conducting presentations and demos to showcase the features, benefits, and value of the software to potential clients. - Sales Negotiation & Closing Deals: You will prepare and present pricing proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet revenue targets. - Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. - Market Research: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging software technologies to better position our product. - Collaboration with Teams: Working closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure customer needs are effectively met. - Sales Reporting: Maintaining accurate sales records, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports to management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred. - Proven experience in software sales, IT solutions, or SaaS products is preferred. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary. - Ability to understand and explain technical software solutions to non-technical clients. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus. - Ability to handle multiple client interactions and sales cycles simultaneously. The company is located in Kochi, Calicut, Palakkad, and Coimbatore. Candidates should be willing to travel across Kerala and Tamil Nadu. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift and fixed shift schedules. The work location is in person.,
