Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Generate leads within your assigned market or geographic area.
  • Have to sell a cloud based Human Resource Management System.
  • Complete software sales cycle from lead generation- product demo to closure

  • Research and build network with new clients
  • Identify potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network
  • Identify potential client decision makers and the company practice leaders/principals
  • Plan approaches and pitches
  • Set up the meeting between client decision makers and the company's practice leaders/principals
  • Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the clients
  • Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately

Preferred candidate profile

  • Must have 2-3 years of experience in B2B Sales
  • Should have follow ups and excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good at English & local language like Tamil/Kannada (If in Bangalore)
  • Comfortable with travel
  • Candidates from IT Sales background given preference
  • Experience in manufacturing sector will be add advantage
