Accounting Responsibilities Create and send invoices using Zoho Books, follow up with clients on receiving and tracking, and payment follow ups. Issue and record Credit Notes, and manage their impact on accounts Handle vendor bills, update payment statuses, and follow up for dues Perform regular reconciliation, including client ledgers reco, Bank reco etc. Regular interaction with clients is required for payment status updates, reconciliation, and follow-ups Maintain all account records in a timely and accurate manner Payroll Responsibilities Manage onboarding for new employees and interns (documentation, orientation, etc.) Payroll data input tracking through HRMS Maintain employee records and HR files Assist with basic HR operations and administrative support as required Key skills required: Complete understanding of maintaining accounts for a small company. Familiarity with accounting software (Zoho Books preferred; easy to learn if accounting concepts are clear) Decent communication skills for client coordination and follow-ups Should have good knowledge of Excel and GST. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Qualifications and Experience Minimum Graduation is required in Commerce 6 months-1 year experience in handling accounts for Small to Medium Companies. Benefits: Probation period (1 to 3 months) 18,000 fixed Post confirmation 21,100 (EPF,LWF applicable)
