Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders across sales, risk, operations, finance, engineering, and compliance to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities
• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for internal platforms and workflow digitisation initiatives
• Drive end-to-end execution of product initiatives, from requirements gathering and prioritisation to launch and adoption
• Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for internal products, ensuring smooth rollouts, training, and stakeholder alignment
• Lead compliance-focused automation initiatives, embedding regulatory requirements (including RBI guidelines) directly into workflows and systems
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and reliable internal tools using platforms such as ERP systems and custom-built applications
• Track product performance, operational impact, and adoption metrics, continuously iterating to maximise productivity and efficiency
• Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and alignment with organisational goals
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You bring 5+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or program management, ideally within fintech, BFSI, or high-growth technology-driven organisations
• You have strong experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing senior leaders across multiple business functions
• You are highly comfortable with internal platforms, enterprise systems, and workflow automation, with a strong bias toward execution and outcomes
• You have a solid understanding of regulatory and compliance-driven environments and can translate complex requirements into practical product solutions
• You possess excellent problem-solving skills, a structured approach to prioritisation, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• You are data-driven, detail-oriented, and thrive in a hands-on, office-based role where collaboration and ownership are key
• A strong academic background, coupled with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment, sets you apart
