Sr. Manager/AVP - HR Ops

As a Senior Manager- Human Resources for our client in the real estate platform, you will play a critical role in attracting, developing, and building human capital for the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Recruit and onboard new hires - Conduct performance management and provide feedback - Work closely with business teams to design and deliver HR strategy for the organization - Drive the development and implementation of organizational strategy - Act as a strategic advisor on all aspects of people management for the organization - Create HR policies and procedures, provide employee relations guidelines, and help improve overall manager-employee relationships - Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs - Develop and implement departmental budget - Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management - Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources Qualifications required for this role: - MBA or an HR degree with a minimum of 8 years+ of human resource experience with growth companies and at least 4 years in team management - Expertise in HR functional areas including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, etc. - Great team player with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization environment with an employee strength of approximately 400 to 500 - Experience in creating and executing programs in strategic HR areas like operations efficiency, organization development, and change management - HRMS system and tools implementation and operations experience preferred - Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks - Strong written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to independently handle communication with internal teams and management Please note, the work location for this role is in person at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.,
