Role Overview

Sr. Manager - HR & Operations


Key Responsibilities

HR Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices tailored for the staffing and recruiting industry.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and staffing industry standards.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to attract top-tier talent for both internal and client-facing roles.
  • Monitor and improve the hiring process, ensuring alignment with client demands and market trends.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and hiring partners.

Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Indian employment regulations and background checks.
  • Streamline HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time for placements.

Performance Management & Employee Engagement

  • Drive a performance-based culture by implementing KPI-driven evaluation processes.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to upskill employees and improve team effectiveness.
  • Foster a positive work culture by organizing employee engagement programs and retention strategies.

Process Improvement & Technology Integration

  • Implement HR technology and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to enhance hiring efficiency.
  • Identify process gaps and introduce automation to improve workforce productivity.
  • Analyze HR and operational metrics to drive data-informed decisions.


Qualifications & Requirements

✔️ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
