Designation : US Non-IT RecruitersPreferable Skills : A proven track record in US Staffing who are adept at sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying top talent across diverse domains.Experience: 1 yr - 3 yrsShift : Night Shift ( 7:00 PM to 4.00 AM )Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree (BS) or equivalentWorking days : 5 days a weekLocation : Santosh Nagar / HyderabadLooking for Local Candidates from Hyderabad Location only (10 kms - 12 kms from Santosh Nagar Area) Proven Expertise:Successful track record as a recruiter in the US Staffing industry.Extensive experience sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying candidates through multiple channels.Deep understanding of various work authorization types, including W2 and expertise in negotiating rates and salaries with candidates (GC, EAD, etc.).Proficient in using job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed and other sourcing tools (social media, networking, referrals, etc.).Proficiency in tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with technical interviews to assess IT skills. Skill Required: Should come with Positive attitude, confident, excellent communication skills, Comfortable working in Night shift.Should be able to manage multiple tasks.Strong communication and IT fluency.Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems.
