Job Title: IT Executive
Job Summary:
The IT Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth technical operations, and providing support for hardware, software, and networking systems. The role includes troubleshooting issues, monitoring system performance, implementing IT policies, safeguarding data, and coordinating with vendors.
Key Responsibilities
1 Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Provide first-level and second-level support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
Diagnose and resolve problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, telephony, and other office equipment.
Install, configure, and update operating systems and authorized software.
2 Network Management
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, and internet connectivity.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure network security and uptime.
Assist in network infrastructure upgrades and maintenance.
3 IT Infrastructure Maintenance
Perform routine maintenance of servers, backup systems, storage devices, and UPS.
Manage system performance, availability, and security.
Perform preventive maintenance and keep all systems updated.
4User Management & Security
Create and manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions in systems such as Active Directory, email, ERP, etc.
Ensure implementation of security protocols including antivirus monitoring, data protection, and system patching.
Assist in cybersecurity awareness initiatives.
5 Asset Management & Inventory
Maintain an updated record of IT assets (hardware/software licenses).
Manage procurement of IT equipment and coordinate with vendors for support and AMC.
Ensure timely installation and disposal of outdated equipment.
6 Backup & Data Management
Ensure daily/weekly backups of critical data and verify restore availability.
Support in disaster recovery planning and execution.
Maintain documentation of IT systems, passwords, policies, and procedures.
7 ERP / Business Applications Support
Assist users in troubleshooting ERP / CRM / HRMS issues (as applicable).
Coordinate with application support teams for enhancements or fixes.
8 Compliance & Policies
Enforce IT policies, access controls, and data protection compliance.
Handle audits related to IT security and infrastructure.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Requirement Details
Education Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science/Electronics or related field
Experience 1–4 years typically (can be modified as per needs)
Technical Skills Windows OS, MS Office/365, Basic Server Admin, Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Firewall knowledge, Printer support, Antivirus management
Soft Skills Communication, problem-solving, time management, documentation
Certifications (Preferred) CompTIA A+/Network+, CCNA, ITIL Basics

Ability to prioritize issues and handle pressure
Attention to detail and proactive approach
Team collaboration and vendor coordination skills
Optional Add-ons (based on industry)
CCTV, biometric device support
Cloud services handling (Azure, AWS)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
